Better Prevention Options for Heart Diseases....


Now a days lot of people working with brain, because body relaxing, means body is not involving proper hard work.We have to choose some work for body also. Some work outs like walking, swimming, Jogging and more... 

Each and every person should workout minimum 30 minutes per day. Running and Swimming will give good health to heart for those who are in young age. Those  who suffering with diabetes, blood pressure they must to do walking, jogging or indoor exercises like skipping, mild dance, yoga etc.


Smoking is the main reason for Heart attack. Every person have to stop smoking habit for their health cause. Persons those are using tobacco in any various type, They have to know their heart health will be going to in dangerous zone. Chemicals of tobacco will increase the blood pressure, heart beat and also decrease the oxygen in the blood. Because tobacco is always dangerous one.

Those are suffering with Blood Pressure (B.P), They have change in their food habits. They have to follow "DASH". DASH is the short form of "Dietary Approch to Stop Hyper tension". High B.P persons must in take just more Fruits, Vegetables, Leaf Vegetables not only they must to decrease salt, and they always  cautious about obesy.

High B.P persons must to change in life style and food habits, like cut down to salt and sodium and always away from preserved foods, Bakery Items, Pickles,Canned foods and also increase fresh fruits and sprouts.

High B.P persons have to stop Fatty foods. They must to decrease fat, oil in foods, keep away yellow egg yolk, red meet, milk products and coconut products.

High B.P persons have to control mental pressure, for control mental pressure involve in the indoor games and must sleep minimum 8 hours.

Waist Size is one of the indication: 

Concentrate on your waist size, if you are male your waist size is more than 40 inches, if you are female your waist size is more than 35 inches then you are going to get risk for "HEART ATTACK".
So be cautious on your waist size also.
