Fruits...Peels and Health

We love rosy and reddish pomegranate seeds, but we should not show any interest on Pomegranate peel. This peel has more than two times Nutrients than pomegranate seeds. But it’s not so easy to have it.
  • Make dry to Pomegranate peel.
  • Grind it as powder.
  • Use as Tea powder.
  • It will give you Energetic Nutrients.
When you preparing pumpkin curry or don’t remove peel of pumpkin. Pumpkin peel has great anti-bacterial attributes, with anti-bacterial attributes you couldn’t get infections.
Potato peel has Vitamin C, B6, Potassium, Manganese, So don’t remove potato peel when you preparing potato parota.
We will eat only red part in water melon, but part has nutrition of citrulline. Amino Acids, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Thiamin, riboflavin will increase our immune system. White part has Iron and magnesium which will help to us from blood deficiency, Calcium which help us for bones strength. So next time when you are preparing water melon juice don’t waste white part.
Orange, Lemon peels has oils of monoterphans  which help to protect from skin, liver and lungs cancer. Lot people having this peels like as pickles. Lime tea is better option for those people don’t like pickles. Use the lemon or orange peel powders in cake, salads its give yummy taste. Use the same in when you baking muffins, biscuits etc.
Apple peel has power to protect from breast cancer, Liver Cancer Direct eating apple will give more energy than apple juice.
