5 Tips for pregnant women


1.Visit Doctor regularly 

You have to visit regularly to doctor …Since starting the turn of the month to 40 weeks of pregnancy.  You have to visit doctor monthly once up to sixth month, monthly twice in seventh and eighth month and weekly once in ninth month up to delivery.   
 2. Attend for regular checkups. 
If you have High BP, Diabetes you have to visit your doctor regularly as per advice of doctor. You have get check about maternal weight gain, Blood pressure. You have  should be performed urinalysis for loss of proteins.  In addition, you have to attend for the test of uterine size, this test will help for examine of child’s growth.

3. Take Vitamins regularly 
You need additional vitamins, minerals at the time of pregnancy.  So you have to take some precautions about your food, you have to must take regularly micro nutrients, Vitamins, Minerals, fresh fruits, leaf vegetables, milk products.  You  need 10 mg Vitamin D per day to feed milk your child.  

4.Role of Fresh Fruits and Leaf vegetables


You should be taken Folic Acid first three months of pregnancy. It will help to prevent the spine of unborn child. Folic acid deprivation is the condition of the spine-related disorders is called as spina bifida. This condition can cause a child's death is more likely to delivery. Folic Acid will available in fresh leaf vegetables.

5. Avoid Vitamin - A  
Don’t take Vitamin-A supplements when you are pregnant. Vitamin –A supplements may harmful to your child.
