5 Tips for pregnancy planning


  • If you are planning for  pregnancy, you have to take precautions about eating habits. You have to take less salt, sugar, oils and Spice food. 
  • Don't use any herbal products and powders which will available in market.
  • Don't take heavy number of Soya products
  • After planning   for pregnancy couple have to stop the habit of smoking and alcohol drinking
  • Don't regret for late conformation, visit doctor after one year of planning.
