Extract Process

B-Swan Noni Enzyme is fermented and concocted from the original essence of high-quality Noni fruits, originating from South Pacific Islands. 100% pure Noni enzymes is of high-quality, and contains no additives such as preservatives.

1) Noni Tree : Noni tress are distinctive tropical fruit trees grown in the area of South Pacific Island, which bear fruits after 10 months plantation.

2) Noni Fruit : After approximately 18 months, the fruit ripe with warts grawing on the skin, similiar to guava. 4-8 kgs of Noni fruit can be produced every month.

3) Natural Fermentation : Selection of well-developed and ripe Noni fruits are done before putting them into barrels for process of natural fermentation for the period of 3 months (approx. 90 days).

4) Eccentric Extraction : After natural fermentation, Noni ferment are extracted by the centrifuge to seperate the essence from the dregs.

5) Impose High Pressure to Kill Bacteria : Impose high pressure to sterilze, as to fulfil the high-quality process control of Noni ferment.

6) Bottling Delivery : Produced Noni ferment are placed into dustless and germfree containers, to be sent for bottling procedure.

7) Put into Containers for Export : Hundreds and thousands of containers are shipped to Noni lovers all over the world every month, in promoting the overall health of human being.
