exercise and diet plan for all

Which food is better after workouts and which is better to eat? It is very important issue, If it is not in proper we may lose our muscles, weight, energy. Not only that we may lose our health also....

Because, i am bringing few words before to you about food habits after exercise. I think this will useful to you.

Vegetarian : For vegetarian  green leaf vegetables are play major role in vitamins. So  vegetarians have to choose green leaf vegetables in food along with carbohydrates. Spinach is one of the best green leaf vegetable, this green leaf vegetable have more iron. Iron will produce more fresh blood. With this new blood flow body will never lose energy. Not only that, Green leaf vegetables provide to us phyto steroids, this phyto steroids help in the formation of muscles and increase energy levels.    


Non-Vegetarian: Body will need proteins after exercise. Those who are interest in non-vegetarian, they have to choose chicken or fish. Chicken and Fish will come in to the first place as healthy proteins with less fat. These proteins provide help to body build and muscle line maintenance.

Which is better to drink?: If you are doing exercise for a hour or more than hour. Your body will lose more fluids in the shape of sweat. This will depends on the seasons temperature and speed of exercise. If you are doing heavy weights exercise and more speed your body will lose more fluids. So, there is chance to effect of you dehydration. Those people who are doing heavy exercise  without break, they have to take little break for half hour, in this little gap sip a glass of water slowly. 

However, this plain water never fulfill electrolytes what we are lose in exercise. Because every person must take lemon juice with or without salt is better option for fulfill of electrolytes.
  • Those people who are suffering with BP they have to take lemon juice without salt.
  • Those people who are suffering with diabetes they don't have to choose liquids which contains  carbohydrates.
  • Fresh fruit juice is better option those people who don't have diabetes.


Lot of people will think and they feel strongly, some fruits will do harm to human body like, cold will effect with custerd apple, mango generate more heat..... like..... this....

  • Don't neglect seasonal fruits like this options. All seasonal fruits will provide good vitamins and proteins. Every person must to give place 25% for fruits in their menu.   

Milk Shakes:
"WOW, I did a lot of workout today...." like this words come out from people, who satisfy on their workouts on that particular day. When you feel you did a lot of workout (heavy exercise) your body will need immediate energy. Liquids will give immediate energy to body. when you are doing heavy exercise yours muscles also need immediate energy in the shape of proteins. Solid food proteins take time to turn as energy. Liquid food proteins will turn as immediate energy. So milk shake are better for immediate energy.
