We will use sweaters and wool clothes for the protection of outer body
in winter season. Same needed to increase the temperature inside the body is
also important. All type of Non vegetarian
food helps to boost body’s temperature.
As well as carrot, potato, onion, garlic, radish, sweet potato, beetroot,
such as root vegetables also help to warming the body.
As well as spinach, Fenugreek leafs, mint leafy vegetables also provide
the necessary heat to body, Radish leaves, and sausages are better used in
winter. Dates, almond are also for the better body’s heat.
