What is the importance of potassium...

Potassium  is one of the mineral which plays major role in our health. If potassium levels decrease....

it's effect on heart beating, Muscle will not get stiff, it means we could not pick any product with our hands. Not only that our body can't move. If you have low levels of potassium you could not understand what you are reading. Why because potassium need to work of brain cells. Potassium will control blood pressure. 

Which food  products have good value of potassium? 
1.One Banana will have 400 gms potassium.  

2. One big potato will have 1600 gms potassium. 

So Don't miss banana and potato.
