Healthy Thirteen (13) Resolutions in 2013

Lot of people will shown interest to take resolutions on new year. Today I am discussing here "Healthy Thirteen" resolutions for your health.

1. Take Quality Food Only..
You have to choose best food for which is healthy for your health and you have to avoid food which food is cause for unhealthy. Rice is the major food for lot of people. Raw Rice is the best option for those who love rice in food. Like in vegetarian "Green Leaf Vegetables" are more healthy food for vegetarians. Sea food is the best option and Chicken or white meat is another option than red meat for Non-Vegetarian lovers. 

You will get lot of Vitamins and  Anti Oxidants in seasonal and fresh fruits like Banana, Orange. And you will get more fiber in Guava, Papaya, Melon and Dry fruits.

2. About Sleeping...
 New Year starting parties will disturb your sleeping... this will make stress on your body. If you continue late night parties and late to bed... it will leads more problems like
  • Forgetfulness
  • Deficiency in Growth of Brain
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Heart Diseases
  • Diabetes,
  • Gastrointestinal Problems
  • Over Weight
  • Decreasing of Immunity system
As per many studies 80% Heart Diseases cause of less sleeping. So you have adopt good sleeping for stop to lot of diseases.

3.Walking in Open Air...
Lot of young and middle age people will sleep in late night and they raise late in morning. Now a days late night parties are fashion, this fashion will leads so many health problems. Those who enjoy late night parties they cannot new light of  sunrise and ray.s also. With this they loss Vitamin-D. It leads to ortho diseases like...Rickets,osteomalacia etc., Parathyroid Gland will not work proper with the deficiency of Vitamin-D it leads to effect of Fits. So Walking in open air and under early morning sun rays is one of the best resolution for your health.

4. Importance of Iron...
 85 % women are suffering anemic diseases. So we have to choose food products which have more iron. If you are a female you have resolve this resolution compulsory. If you are a Non vegetarian you will get Iron in Chicken, Meat, Seafood or Fish and Liver. If you are a vegetarian you will get iron from fresh green leaf vegetables, Beatrice, dried dates and  poppy seeds(gasagasaalu గసగసాలు) etc.,   
5. For Health of Heart...
If you are doing exercise or workout for your heart it will help full for general health also. 
  • Some workouts like playing games will release some chemicals in over body like endorphin, this chemical will raise your happiness all the day. 
  • If you have a habit of Blood Donation... you have donate once in a three to six months. This habit is good for your heart health.
  • Workouts will help for heart. Walking is one of the better workout for health of heart. 45 minutes waling will give better result.
  • So start your workout from today on wards.

6. Cautious about Blood Pressure...
If blood flows in more speed than normal pressure it will called like Blood Pressure, High BP, Hipper  Tension. 120/70 or 130/90 is Normal BP. If it is higher than this is dangerous. Lot of organs like Eyes, Brain, Heart, Kidney will face problems with the HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. Utilization of less salt will help you on blood pressure and eating habit banana will control High BP. 

7.Don't Neglect to Diabetes...
Diabetes is a dangerous diseases... it will thrown any organ to dangerous zone. One Diabetes is equal to ten diseases. So healthy life style, habit of some workouts will control  to diabetes. Those who have diabetes they have to go for examine of HB1 AC, this test will show about the levels of sugar.

8.Importance of Fat Levels...
Lot of people think always fat is injurious to health, but it is not correct. Our body metabolism depends on the fat. Why because some type of fats will dissolve in fats only. So lees percentage of fats will be cause for illness. Some type of health conciseness people will create jokes on oils and fats. They avoid always oils and fats. Less Percentage of fats leads yo "Dyslipidemia". (Having of too high or too low lipid (fat) levels in the blood stream is called Dyslipidemia). We have to take balanced fat products meanwhile we have to take some precautions about blood cholesterol levels.  

9. Avoid more stress...
Now a days we can't think about stress less life. Some people make a habits like smoking and drinking of Alcohol for come from stress. This habits create more problems to health. If you feel more stress you have to do some practices like yoga, games, meditation, concentration on interesting habits and divert to mind thinking to own habits.

10. Avoid Tobacco...
Tobacco is one of the cause for lot of deaths in the world. Tobacco's harmful products will join blood stream and it's major cause for heart fail. Your smoking habits throws you and your surrounding people in to illness. So if you have smoking habit just stop now only and don't try to smoke in your life time.

11. Alcohol is dangerous...
Lot people will think and suggest to others, "Habit of two pegs alcohol per day is good for heart health, it dissolves cholesterol. But habit regular drinking make salve for alcohol. Those people who drinking regularly they will increase their pegs limit. It's leads to Illness problems, Psychological problems and Social problems also. So habit of alcohol is always dangerous to health. So make a full-stop for it.    

12. Live with Positive Attitude...
Living with positive attitude is better for good health. You know very well how Indian cricketer Yuva Raj Singh shown positive attitude when he suffer with cancer. His positive attitude make him healthy and now he playing again for Indian cricket team. So Improve Positive Attitude on your daily life.

13. Be cautious about your weight...
Food habits and life style is playing major role about body weight. Increasing of body weight is routine problem in now a days. Over weight leads so many health problems like, Diabetes,polycystic ovarian disease, High BP, Arthritis, Heart Diseases, Erectile problems in males, High Cholesterol, Hormone Disturbance in women, Changes in period timings, Psychological problems, Urinary track infections, Acidity, back pain etc.,

How to Know Obesity:
Body mass index (BMI) is better to know about obesity. First take your weight in Kilo Grams, then after take your height in meters. Then divide your weight with your height's square (weight/Height2). If it comes between 18.5 to 24.99 your weight is normal. If it is excsess more than 25% it means you are suffering with obesity.

Best Food For Body Warm in Winter


We will use sweaters and wool clothes for the protection of outer body in winter season. Same needed to increase the temperature inside the body is also important.  All type of Non vegetarian food helps to boost body’s temperature.  

As well as carrot, potato, onion, garlic, radish, sweet potato, beetroot, such as root vegetables also help to warming the body.

As well as spinach, Fenugreek leafs, mint leafy vegetables also provide the necessary heat to body, Radish leaves, and sausages are better used in winter. Dates, almond are also for the better body’s heat.

My husband have not had any health problems just snoring in sleep at night, be sure that the regular one? However, change your mind. Snoring can be caused by heart disease. Blood may pressure rise. When air entrance area becomes narrow in nose then the air will intake from your mouth. If the mouth gate also narrow and air will pass from that small area only, As a result, the air is the sound of a trip there.

But better treatments are currently available for this disease.  However, an early stage detected of cancer there is chance to survive.

As per Stanford university researches, Running or jogging will increase life span. They are selected 440 persons for this research. Lot of people was in nearly 50 years age. Stanford University Researches for 19 years on this people. 

As per their researches, just 15% people were passes way in early stages in these two decades, those who are walking and jogging daily.  

What about HIV?

Immune Deficiency is caused by Human Immuno Deficiency Virus (HIV). this virus reduces the strength of  immune system. The immunity system depends upon CD4, Positive T cells, and Macrophages count. As immunity power decreases, HIV effected person can’t tackle several minor infections, which may cause life threat.  



How to recognize HIV?

AIDS means “Acquired Immuno Deficiency syndrome”. Symptoms may not found in the people those who effected with HIV in early stages, Even them self or other persons also will not  recognize about  HIV infection. But in some persons after some time of period and at the time of seroconversion (at the time of anti bodies merging period in blood flow because of infection) “Anti retro viral Syndrome” will be recognize.

At this time patient will suffer like with Fever, Rash on skin, swelling in the limp nodes.  This type of symptoms will appear in HIV effected persons in period of 1 week to 6 weeks. At this time we will know that person is having HIV anti-bodies or not with blood test . 

HIV Symptoms.

  • Fever, throat pain, headache, Muscles pain, Arthritis (This symptoms may continue up to 2 weeks)
  • Swelling appears in some body organs mainly in limp nodes, which have situated at both sides of throat. (This symptom will be appear in persons those who suffering with HIV from long period)
  • Rash on the Face, Neck, Chest.
HIV Symptoms in those who suffering from long period:

  • Fever, Stomach Pain, Vomiting, Nausea, Loose Motions, Immediate weight loss.
  • Other Infection like, Infection in Lungs, Infection in Brain, Eye infections, East infection in the mouth, White patches on the tongue.
After all these stages…. Immunity system power will be slowly come down. With the loss of immunity system, HIV effected person’s body could not ---------------- any small infection also. This situation leads to life’s risk. This is condition of AIDS.

How HIV leads to AIDS…..

CD -4 cells will provide immunity power to our body. HIV will reduce the CD-4 count. If treatment  is not provided to HIV affected person, his immunity will reduce slowly, as result of which his body cannot tackle minor infections, and this will eventually lead to AIDS. If the CD – 4 count reduces below 200/mm3 the situation is called AIDS.

  
HIV leads to other infections and diseases, such as

·         HIV – Associated Nephropathy (Kidney related diseases)
·         Changes in brain functioning
·         Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C,
·         TB (Tuberculosis)
