Flipkart IPO Public Issue

Indian Online store Flipkart has taken investments from investors. 2.5 billion dollars were taken from 15 different investment organisations. Now Flipcart thinking about accumulate funds through loans.   

Flipkart taken 700 million dollars investments in last December 2014. At that time company valuation calculated as 11.5 billion dollars. 


Within four months company valuation reaches 15 billion dollars (near about 1 Lach Crore Rupees). So company directors don't want to decrease their share. 

So they are going to loans.  Now company wants to 600-800 million dollars as investments, and the discussions was started. 

As per news it is going to accumulate 200 million dollars in first year. But Flipcart not revealed this news. 

One more news is spreading about flipkart public issue (IPO) will open within 18 months. 

BREAST MILK IS BEST FOR BRAIN

As per Harvard survey  those child who grows on mother breast milk they will gain more intellectual development and their talents will grow to learn things like languages and education. 

For this survey Harvard selected 1,312 mothers. This survey continues up to 7 years. They conducted a exam to capability of children.    as per this exam children shown their capability those who are grows with mother breast milk. 

Harvard published a journal with name of 'JAMA PEDIATRIC'. They quoted in this journal about the benefits of mother breast milk.

Now, some countries mothers buying breast milk from other mother. Some other mothers also ready to selling milk. In this scenario Mother Milk Banks also started in some cities. Breast milk donors approaching this Milk banks donate their breast milk or for selling breast milk. Some mothers are thinking breast milk donation is social cause. So they searching in Google with 'How to donate breast Milk'. So they getting ideas on donate breast pump.

Mylan rejected TEVA offer

Mylan pharma rejected TEVA pharma offer on the base of cash -and-stock buying offer. TEVA given buyout offer @ rate of $82 per share. But MYLAN rejected offer. In this scenario mylan share price traded at $72.50 on monday with the loss of $3.76

NATCO MYLAN TEVA and COPAXONE

Teva Generic medical industry from Israel. Recently this company passed a resolution in their board of directors meeting, to purchase US based another generic medical industry, that is Mylan. 

These companies are top two companies of world in generic medical field.

Teva wanted to close this deal  $82 for share. Offer value is Rs.2,50,000 Cr ($,000 Cr Dollars) 

As per Teva chairmen Peter burg Teva board of directors passed a resolution unanimously. 

But Mylan not responded.

It’s a Big Deal :

If Teva purchase mylan, it’s an a big deal in pharma industry. This two companies yearly earning is $ 3,000 Cr in Rs.1,80,000 Cr. If Teva deal completes with Mylan, Teva Reach first place world wide in generic medicine industry.  At right now US based mylan is in second place in world wide.

Ranbaxy reached world's 5^th place after Sun pharma merge with Ranbaxy. TEVA and Mylan facing big competitions from developing companies like Ranbaxy. Teva feels that if the deal complete with Mylan, then  facing competitions are easy.  Mylan started their activity in India in 2012 under the supervision of Rajiv malik president and Executive director of Mylan. Rajiv Malik is Indian descent.

  NATCO crushing :

If this deal completes NATCO pharma may face some patent problems on ‘COPAXONE MEDICINE. 

With this issue only Natco pharma stock price was gone up to  6% below in 22^nd April 2015 trading. At end of the session natco phrma stock price closed with 4% loss at Rs. 2,064/-

‘COPAXONE’ medicene have full demand world wide which is using in nerve related diseases treatment.  In 2014 COPAXONE sales value is Rs.26,460 Cr.  TEVA get 50% profit with copaxone sales in total TEVA’s profit. 

With this figures we can understand what is the role of COPAXONE in TEVA Pharma. COPAXONE patent rights are ending 2015 September, Which patent rights have TEVA.

Natco along with Mylan got a world wide permission for generic version of COPAXONE.  TEVA reached some courts. Some courts given judgement in the favor of NATCO. But one case is still pending in USA courts. NATCO got a permission for this product sales in USA through USFDA.

If TEVA completes the deal with mylan. Here one question is raising what will happened in the deal of NATCO and MYLAN on the marketing of COPAXONE.
